Bonus effects attached to creatures unlocked in the Bestiary.
Charm Points
Earning charm points allows a character to unlock charms. Charms are bonus effects that can be attached to creatures fully unlocked in the Bestiary.
Charm Examples
- Wound, Enflame, Poison, Freeze, Zap, Curse, and Divine Wrath trigger damage based on a creature's initial hitpoints.
- Cripple and Numb can paralyze creatures.
- Parry reflects damage, Dodge avoids an attack, and Adrenaline Burst grants a temporary speed boost.
- Bless, Scavenge, Gut, and Low Blow provide passive benefits.
Charms are bonus effects earned by completing Bestiary entries. Spend charm points to unlock a charm; once unlocked, you can attach it to any creature you have fully completed in the Bestiary.
How charms work: Attaching or removing a charm costs gold. The amount depends on charm type and your character level. Choose wisely; you will swap charms often as you hunt different creatures.
