Information on Houses
Houses give your character a permanent place to store, decorate and organize items. Ownership is handled through the website, while rent is paid automatically from your bank balance.
1 Requirements
You need Premium and enough money in your bank balance to cover your winning bid and the first rent payment.
2 Monthly Rent
Rent is paid monthly. Keep enough gold in your bank to avoid losing access to the house.
3 Transfer or Sell
Houses can be transferred through the web interface, or bought directly from another player.
4 Leaving a House
You can leave your house through the website. Any remaining items are moved to your inbox.
When rent is overdue, or when you forfeit or sell a house, items left inside are transferred to your inbox. You can check rent, size, location and availability from the houses page.
